  • Conduct: Students agree to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally during online sessions.
  • Data Privacy: FacultiesOnline.com will handle student data in accordance with the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000, and related regulations.

4. Teacher Terms:

  • Qualifications: Teachers must provide accurate information about their qualifications and experience.
  • Content Ownership: Teachers retain ownership of their course materials but grant FacultiesOnline.com a license to display and distribute them on the platform.
  • Payment and Payouts: Teachers will receive payments according to the platform's payout schedule. Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will be applied as per Indian income tax laws.
  • Conduct: Teachers agree to provide high-quality instruction and maintain professional conduct.
  • Data Privacy: Teachers must respect student privacy and comply with Indian data protection laws.
  • Service Tax/GST: Teachers are responsible for any applicable service tax or GST.

5. Offline Institution Terms:

  • Accreditation: Institutions must provide proof of accreditation and regulatory compliance.
  • Course Content: Institutions are responsible for the accuracy and quality of their course content.
  • Data Privacy: Institutions must comply with Indian data protection laws regarding student data.
  • Marketing: Institutions are responsible for their own marketing.
  • Payment: Terms of payments and payouts will be defined separately.

6. Intellectual Property:

  • FacultiesOnline.com owns the intellectual property rights to the platform's design, content, and software.
  • Users must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Limitation of Liability:

  • FacultiesOnline.com will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
  • The platform acts as an intermediary, and FacultiesOnline.com is not responsible for the actions or conduct of users.

8. Dispute Resolution:
