- Payment and Payouts: Teachers will receive payments according to the platform's payout schedule. Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will be applied as per Indian income tax laws.
- Conduct: Teachers agree to provide high-quality instruction and maintain professional conduct.
- Data Privacy: Teachers must respect student privacy and comply with Indian data protection laws.
- Service Tax/GST: Teachers are responsible for any applicable service tax or GST.
5. Offline Institution Terms:
- Accreditation: Institutions must provide proof of accreditation and regulatory compliance.
- Course Content: Institutions are responsible for the accuracy and quality of their course content.
- Data Privacy: Institutions must comply with Indian data protection laws regarding student data.
- Marketing: Institutions are responsible for their own marketing.
- Payment: Terms of payments and payouts will be defined separately.
6. Intellectual Property:
